My way of working

1 Intake call

Initially, we schedule a call to get acquainted and determine if we are compatible. During the call, you can provide me with additional information about the property, and I can explain my working process in more detail.

4 Listing Creation

I start creating the advertisement listing for the property and publishing it on the booking platforms that have been agreed upon. We will discuss the dates and prices together.

2 Property Visit

I will arrange a visit to your property where I will take pictures and notes.

5 Property Management

I will make a personalized House manual for your property and oversee the management of your vacation home. Every quarter I provide updates on the occupancy of your property.

3 Agreement

We have mutually agreed to a proposition where I will be able to provide hosting services for your holiday home. Typically I charge a percentage of each reservation to keep our interests aligned.
